As part of our mission to improve the health and wellness in our community, we offer a series of Back to Basics exercise workshops.
These workshops are free, live on ZOOM, and open to everyone.
The exercise classes are taught by our fitness expert, Sheila Hamilton of The Movement Garden in collaboration with our doctors at Edgemont Chiropractic Clinic taking advantage of our over 40 years of clinical experience treating neuromusculoskeletal pain.
Every month, we focus our exercises on different parts of the body.
Classes are live on ZOOM and are held once a week for four weeks.
Each session is a progression from the previous week - we suggest you take all four sessions.
Classes run on Thursdays, 9:00-9:45 AM, PDT.

November - Feet, Ankles, and Balance Edition
December - Injury Prevention Edition
